Remove tribal sentiments from technology because technology, like football, hears all languages. then vote in big money into it to encourage researchers and scientists. The last edition of time magazine reported that the u.s. government spends the sum of 400 billion naira each year to fund research on alternative energy sources alone. What do we spend in this area, next to nothing? Incidentally, the standard of living of our people depends on how much research efforts our scientists make. so you can see why we are so poor. I won’t be surprised if some foreigners fund the blackmailers in Nigeria.
