I think I’m cooking something, or demonstrating how to cook something, and talking while I’m doing it, not just about what I’m making but about world view in general. I was just in Italy and it was really fun shopping for stuff, just cooking for family, barbecuing and stuff like that. Cooking professionally, I had 28 years of it, of waking up every morning at six, getting into work by 7:30, 8 and working 12, 14 hours. I was a heavy-lifter, journeyman cook.
