I took Lexapro for about a month. It made me feel very ill, as well . I have been on every medication there is for bipolar. Right now i have settled on Geodon, which is working fanstastically for me. One thing that can help is changing the time of day you take your medication. Some meds you should take with a meal, some without. Your doctor should be able to advice you on when and how to take this medication. One thing that helped me is to take lexapro with crackers and with a LARGE glass of water. Also, try not to miss doses as this will make you feel worse. I am always open to e-mail. I have been doing this for three years now and have learned a little something.
