What Can Dad Do During Pregnancy, Labor and Birth?
We all know that dads can play an important role in the pregnancy and birth of their babies. But figuring out exactly how they can support the mom-to-be during pregnancy and labor can be a challenge. Here are some helpful tips for expectant fathers from the March of Dimes Foundation: • View the pregnancy as something happening to both of you. Announce the pregnancy to other family members and close friends together. • Whenever possible, attend prenatal checkups with the mom-to-be. Undoubtedly, you have many questions, too.
