What can cause abdominal pain, gas, gurgling sounds, and upper abdominal or chest pain?
Since Sunday, I woke up and experienced severe pain througout my whole abdominal area, including near my chest. I went to the doctor who said my intestines could be inflamed. But I don’t think so because the medicine he gave me is not working. I also experience, gas, gurgling sounds like as if my stomach is hungry, but can hardly eat because I feel full. I had taken pepto bismal, acid reflux medicine, and drank over a half gallon of prune juice assuming I was constipated. My bowels are normal though and not painful. The pain is focused on my abdominal area and upper near my chest. What can this be?
