This action is only taken as a last resort if repeated offensive behavior is exhibited by a member, or if the guild leadership receives repeated complaints about a particular guild member from other players, or if a guild member continues actions that are detrimental to the guild reputation or member happiness. A guild member will always be given the chance to correct their behavior before being asked to leave the guild. If a guild member does not leave voluntarily when asked, they will be removed by guild leadership. This action is not taken lightly.
