As a result of the above Bristol City Council is now offering a unique service to other local authorities/housing associations with confidence. We can offer:- • A comprehensive individual “health” check – one or two members of our team can visit your local authority/housing association to discuss with you any specific needs that you feel requires attention. • A series of training sessions demonstrating what Bristol has achieved and how it has achieved it. • Advise on any particular cases that require specific advice. It is to be emphasised that it is not our intention to take control of any workload, but to put you in a confident position to fight cases, where relevant. • Mediation: we can offer visits to your Court Users Committee if one is in existence, to clarify what can be achieved which strictly complies with the CPR, the overriding objective and the protocol. • A set of standard letters: we can work with you to provide a set of standard letters to suit your needs and any interna
