BOCA can do several things to help you: Tell you who it has on record as being in charge of the association for your subdivision. For a handling charge of $1 per page, provide you with copies of the restrictions for your subdivision it has on file; however, these may not be current and BOCA does not warrant their accuracy. Or you can download the restrictions from the BOCA website for free. Advise you of others in your subdivision who are interested in restrictions issues. Provide ideas and suggestions on how to organize owners in your subdivisions to deal with restrictions issues.
