What can be in the 5 and 1 “Lean and Green” meal?
Lean meat: 7 ounces of chicken, turkey or fish, or 5 ounces of lean beef, pork or lamb. Grill, bake or poach meats using non-stick spray. Salt, pepper, herbs and spices may be added if desired.
