What can be done to stop homeowners from letting their animals deposit “waste products” in our community?
If you see this occurring, please do your part and provide informaton as to who is violating this covenant to the Homeowners Association! While outside the confines of the owner’s property, animal waste will be immediately collected by the owner and disposed of in an approved waste receptacle. For disease prevention and sanitary reasons violators will be subjected to aggressive penalties, including fines, by the Board!
