What can be done to enhance ones breath?
– Drink water during the day: liquid helps the production of saliva and hydrates the mucous membrane, and contributes for the maintenance of a good breath; – give preference to green tea instead of coffee; – besides drinks that contain alcohol, avoid sodas and sugary drinks or those that contain chemical additives; – avoid foods that have a strong smell. Meats and fatty foods tend to produce residues that affect the breath.
