I had this too. The problem was the use of Clear Text for HTML. In IE 7, go to: Tools | Internet Options | Advanced (tab). Scroll down to the Multimedia section and uncheck Always use Clear Type for HTML. Save it and close IE7. When you reopen, things should be non-fuzzy again. Good luck.
