One approach is to divide the league into divisions so that each division is made up of 8 to 10 teams. Then schedule the division on different fields or at a different time or perhaps, even a different day. At the end of the regular schedule, set up a league with manual handicaps for the top teams in each division to score a “shoot-off”.
