If in ActiveX printing of your tree chart is impossible or if you cannot set up the printer, please verify whether the file vcprct32.dll exists. Also, please verify if the file can be located by the PATH settings, and if the Windows default printer was set up. If the file vcprct32.dll does not exist, please contact the support of NETRONIC Software GmbH.
