In the state of WI and a few others if he signed an acknowledgement of paternity he is gonna have a problem …but w/ a DNA test he can prove it… being a twin that is also going to be hard because they will have alot of the same markers…BUT if you told the child support agency he was the father and there was no way it was anyone else then you can get into alot of trouble for lying to them.
