What can be causing severe pelvic pain?

I get severe pelvic pain which is so bad that it throws me to the ground in the fetal position. I get it at least 2-3 a month and last around 30 minutes or so. I am not pregnant cause I have my tubes tied. I have had endometreosis and had a cyst removed about 6 years ago. What else could be causing it? Been to 2 different OBGYN’s and had ultrasounds done and seem not to have an answer. PLS HELP!! I have been on birth control for 4 years and it seemed not to help the pain.
