Since you can pay your out-of-pocket medical expenses with your HSA, some features are not available with a limited-use Medical Spending Account, including: • No reimbursement for out-of-pocket medical expenses, such as deductibles, coinsurance and copayments • No reimbursement for over-the-counter drugs.
