What camps do USAW & the USOEC/NMU Women’s wrestling team offer?
The USOEC/NMU Women’s wrestling team offers recruiting visits that follow the daily plan of the freestyle resident athlete program. Recruiting visits offer Elite junior level students the opportunity to train with the USOEC/NMU Women’s wrestling team. These camps are also known as USAW Funded Access camps. The recruiting visits are invite only and offered to all students aged 12-18 who are on the brink of becoming Elite junior level students. USAW & the USOEC/NMU Women’s wrestling team and staff will teach these camps. On occasion, the U.S. Olympic Education Center is awarded World Championship Training camps. These camps are to train the USA University & Cadet World Team members prior to World Championships. What are the rules, regulations, and conduct for campers? Campers are guests of NMU, USOC, USOEC, & USAW and must abide by the code of conduct set forth by the above mentioned entities. In short, any misconduct, inappropriate actions, or crime can be grounds for removal from camp.
