The Commissioner of Taxation and Finance has authorized the e-filing of Article 9-A general business corporation and S corporation tax documents. You must e-file all Article 9-A general business corporation and S corporation tax returns and extensions that are supported by your NYS approved e-file software. Additional business tax filings may be mandated as electronic filing programs are added or expanded.
