Traffic Assistants will be working a standard Indian schedule, working from 9am – 6pm (GMT + 5.5 hours). However, your website interface allows for constant interaction. There will also be a night-shift that will work from 7:30pm – 4:30am (GMT + 5.5) so that we have a staff on hand to address important client needs.
