What bursaries or sponsorship opportunities are available for Civil Engineering Students?
This year we are introducing a £1000 Civil Engineering Bursary for the first year of study for any student with the grades AAA or above (or equivalent) at intake. We currently also have a number of prizes donated by companies for students achieving the highest grades in their exams at the end of each academic year. Some students do manage to gain scholarships from civil engineering companies for their studies, either before they come to university, or more commonly, after undertaking work experience for the company during a summer break. We do our best to help students find summer work placements by advertising all jobs on our school website, and also by contacting companies to ask them to consider taking students for work experience.
