Bay County Builders’ Services enforces the 2004 Editions of the Florida Building Code, Florida Existing Building Code, Florida Plumbing Code, Florida Fire Prevention Code, Florida Mechanical Code, Florida Fuel/Gas Code, and the 2005 and 2006 Supplements to the 2004 Florida Building Code; the 2005 National Electrical Code; and the Life Safety Code.
