What buffers are supplied with the TripleMaster System?
Two buffer solutions are supplied with the TripleMaster: the Tuning Buffer for Long Range PCR and the High Fidelity Buffer for the PCR of shorter fragments. In particular, the Tuning Buffer is characterized by a zwitterionic buffer system, which ensures stable pH conditions with high temperatures and thus minimizes acid hydrolysis of the template DNA. This property also provides for the amplification of minimum quantities of very long templates.
