The Online Prior Authorization system has been rigorously tested using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 or greater. Therefore, IE (version 5.5 or greater) is recommended for all users and is the only supported browser. If a browser other than IE is used and a technical problem is encountered, please re-create this problem using IE before reporting it to First Health Services.
