All major browsers are supported, including Firefox 2,Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0 with limited WYSIWYG support for Safari.

admissions.mit.edu and my.mit.edu support only the following browsers: • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 SP1 (or higher) • Mozilla 1.2.1 and 1.4 and 2.0 • Netscape Navigator 7.0 (or higher) • Apple Safari 1.2.3 and 2.0 (or higher) Browsers other than the above may work on most pages of the site, but if you experience any problems, you must switch to one of the above browsers before notifying us. This will remedy the problem in most cases.

MS Internet Explorer 5.0 and above and Netscape 4.75 on the Windows platform. Netscape 6.0 and the Macintosh platform are not supported. And neither is Opera!
