Netscape 4.5 or higher, or Internet Explorer 5.0, both with JavaScript and cookies enabled. A resolution of at least 1024 x 768 is recommended. Other browsers may work, but at a minimum they must support tables – html level 3 and SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
