What browser settings are required to use the EASe system?
If you experience problems when you try to logon to EASe, you can check the Internet Explorer settings by clicking on “Tools” menu item and then “Internet Options.” Click on the “Advanced tab.” Be sure the box(s) for “Use SSL” is/are checked. Click the “Security” tab and then click the “Custom Level” button. Scroll down to the “Scripting” category. Click the “Enable” radio button under “Active Scripting” if it is not already selected. Newer versions of the browser give you the option of allowing pop-ups from specified sites. If your browser is blocking pop-ups, you need to set the pop-up blocker settings to always allow pop-ups from the online application website. The site to always allow pop-ups from is: *.ease.mo.
