What browser does idTools work with?
The surveys and reporting tools are web based, and these tools are optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.0 or higher) or Safari. Q. Can I add my own custom questions or reports? A. Yes. Many of our customers choose to work with us to develop customized surveys and reports to analyze the data in specific ways. For these projects we provide a good faith estimate of fees, and bill for this work on a time-and-materials basis. These projects can take anywhere from 30 to 90 days to implement depending on your requirements. Analyzing Results Q. How do surveys get sent out? A. Because idTools is an online service, there is no hardware or software to buy, install or maintain. Once you sign up, the system allows the System Administrator to create a master list of names and email addresses of people that you want to send surveys to.
