You should use Internet Explorer version 5 or higher. Parts can be downloaded and inserted using Netscape Navigator, but the direct insert is not fully supported. After successfully logging into the CAD File Library, the left pane of my browser states “please enable Java virtual machine.” This issue tends to occur when the workstation does not have and/or is not using a current version of Java applet software. Please see instructions below on how to obtain a free download of this software, which is required for our application to work and display properly. 1. Go to the JAVA download page at: http://www.java.com 2. Click on the “Download Now” button underneath Java Software Free Download on the left hand side of the homepage. 3. Follow instructions and prompts to complete the download. 4. Once the download is done, you can check to make sure that Java is enabled under your IE browser by doing the following: 5. Open a browser window and select the options: Tools -Internet Options – Advan
