You want a low abrasive type toothpaste, texture is not all that important there are ‘gels’ that have more abrasives than the ‘pastier’ pastes. The difference in texture is due more to the ‘carrier’ and filler than anything. Pastes may feel grittier but that’s because the gel is a slippier filler, once some of the carrier is washed away by water they feel about the same. Many brands advertised as ‘Low-Abrasive”, some as ‘Extremely Low-Abrasive” or ‘Gentle” may come at a premium price and include a bunch of ingredients you don’t need, but won’t hurt the dvd.
