What Boudry Is The Krakatoa Volcano Located On?
Krakatoa or Krakatao is basically a group of islands. This name is also used for the volcano that is located on these islands. The Volcano is present in the Sunda Strait. It has Java and Sumatra islands as its neighbors. In fact most of the 130 active volcanoes in Indonesia are present in this area. The most recent eruption of this volcano happened in April 2008. It is still active and live. The most violent eruption of this island took place in 1883. It was so destructive that 165 villages and towns were destroyed and around 36000 people died.
