Well, the easiest way to check is to click on the Advanced Search link that is at the top of the catalogue screen. You’ll see that you can still add your keywords to the search box, but at the bottom of the screen you can choose a location from the drop down menu. Select either CSU – Ontario, or CSU – Electronic Resources to limit your results to these. If you’ve been provided with a list of journals or journal articles to read, you can search for them in the catalogue by the title of the journal, and follow the links to read them online, as the vast majority of our journal titles are held electronically. If you come across one that isn’t electronic, you can request scanned articles from it. Searching the catalogue is ok if you are looking for one specific article or journal, but if you want to do a thorough comprehensive search of the research and literature in your subject area, then you will need to use the Journal databases.
