What bookings will be subject to the Source Premium?
The policies and procedures outlined in the Source Premium Policy apply to bookings made via Other Booking Sources and originated by ARC or IATA-accredited agencies and outlets, including corporations with a “CTD” designation, located in the following countries/islands: AG, AI, AN, AW, BB, BM, BS, CU, DM, DO, GD, GP, HT, JM, KN, KY, LC, MQ, MS, PR, TC, TT, VC, VG, VI, with respect to all bookings. Only American bookings made or changed on or after April 1, 2008 using an “Other Booking Source” will be assessed a Source Premium.
