The safest birth control pills are the ones with the lowest estrogen levels. However, they will still increase breast size to some degree. I caution you about birth control pills however, they trick your body’s hormones, and can cause all kinds of side effects and health issues. It is not the ideal thing to put your body through. I would never willingly take birth control, because even very healthy fit teenage girls have collapsed and died suddenly from blood clotting in their lungs, brains, or hearts due to the heightened levels of estrogen in their bodies from taking birth control pills.
