Binding may be saddle stitch, GBC, plastic coil, perfect bound, and hard cover. Perfect bound is the process used for trade paperback books. Saddle Stitch is for books of 20 pages or less ,i.e. children’s books. GBC and coil binding are used primarily for cookbooks.

Most books are perfect bound. Where you need a book to lay flat on a desk or counter, we recommend a cerlox, spiro or twin loop wire binding.
