What bike works best for motorizing?
For the center mount motors 48,60 and 70CC: The Sun, Schwinn and Huffy Beach Cruisers all seem to work well. Many Mountain bikes will work also. It should be a mens’ bike so you will have a place to mount the gas tank. The most important element is to have enough room in the “V” area of the bike. A good way to determine this is to take two sticks 11 inches long each. Form an “X” with the two sticks. If the X fits in the V area of the bike you will have enough room for the motor.
