Over the past few years the Celtic Winter Fayre has gone from strength to strength. Beginning in Trinity Square with just 38 stalls the event attracted 126 exhibitors in 2009. This year the Celtic Winter Fayre will be relocating to Madoc Street in the middle of town. Being close to all the other shops, visitors will be able to begin Christmas shopping with ease. The event is promoted by Llandudno Development Partnership and Chair of the Celtic Winter Fayre Committee, George Newson says ‘We are very pleased that the Fayre has moved back into the town center. Events of this nature attract 1000’s of extra visitors and will bring financial benefits to the retailers in Llandudno. Over the year’s the Celtic Fayre has become very popular with day trippers and we have had numerous enquires from coach operators across the country’.
