What benefits are available to sessional faculty?
Please note: Benefits vary according to employment status, i.e. 50% or higher vs. under 50%, continuing or non-continuing. Please read the following carefully to determine which provisions apply to you. Also note: Benefits are only provided while you are a UBC employee; during months when you are not on-contract, you may arrange to continue benefits coverage by paying the full cost of the premiums yourself.
