Vocational services are not available for any type of Own Motion claims. ORS 656.278(2)(a). If the statutory requirements are satisfied, temporary disability benefits are available on open Own Motion claims. ORS 656.278(1)(a), (b). Requirements for temporary disability benefits are the same for both “worsened condition” claims and “post-aggravation rights” new or omitted medical condition claims.
