What batteries does the Maxxum 9000 use?
Two AA batteries fit into a removable compartment inside the right hand side of the body. Either Alkaline-Magnesium, Nickel-Cadmuim or Carbon-Zinc batteries can be used. Even when the camera is switched off it draws a small amount of current (about 0.01mA). The LCD’s on the 9000’s top panel blink when battery power is getting low.
