What baseball position should I play?

If you play outfield, the position that sounds like it will suit you bset is right field. The right fielder generally has the strongest arm in the outfield because they have to make that long throw to third base sometimes. Center fielders are usually quick leadoff type players and left fielders have a shorter throw to third so they don’t need as strong as an arm. First base is another possibility. I’m also lefty and was good at scooping up the low throws but because I was 5’8″ in high school and another left handed kid was about 6′ 200+ he played first and I played outfield because he couldn’t run well enough to play anywhere else. Pitching is another option. Not playing baseball for a while may make it tough to become a decent high school pitcher now but if you get a chance to throw some JV games it might be worth it.
