You need to attend a one day RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) course. Both New South Wales and Victoria have different courses and you do not need to attend if you work in Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania or Northern Territory. If you are currently in Sydney, you can book & reserve your spot for your RSA, Green Card or Traffic Control “Online”.
