This will be dependent on local program requirements which will be determined based on an analysis of key positions that need to fall into local succession planning. It is expected that for FAMS, at least I-Band employees will be eligible; for airports, H- and I-Band employees will be eligible; and in headquarters, J-Band employees will be eligible.
