All awards are based on GCI & Units. For Teams and Groups, you must set up a new entity for that Team/Group (Enter Team/Groups), so their production can be pooled and awards given to all members in the Team or Group. Adjusted GCI is simply GCI divided by 3% and reflects awards GCI.
