Since the customer rents the car, the customer provides minimum liability limits of $250,000 bodily injury each person / $500,000 each accident, $50,000 property damage, collision and comprehensive coverage. Customers can purchase Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) and Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) from Avis to meet the insurance requirements.
