What authorities are required to make a payment from an OGD Suspense Account and can authority levels be modified?
Departments must ensure that they have been delegated the correct authorities relating to the type of payment (e.g. contribution payment) they are making from the OGD Suspense Account. Authorities must be delegated by the Minister of the funding department to appropriate positions in the spending department. Persons in positions being delegated the authority cannot modify or further delegate that authority.
