Screens and LCD projectors for computer hookup, as well as a podium microphone, will be provided at no charge by AERA for paper sessions. Other equipment (e.g., wireless lavaliere mics or MAC adapters) may be requested, with charges for use to be paid by the presenters. Information about ordering and paying for additional equipment will be posted on the website in January.
