What audio-visual aids are included?
There is a sound system in Old Sanctuary, and its use is included in rentals. We also provide a lectern and 1 microphone for speakers. We now have a video screen and projector available for rental. 220-volt power is available onsite. • What does the kitchen include? The kitchen includes use of a refrigerator, two standard stoves, and a microwave. There are two sinks, one of which is a “triple-dip” sink, and plenty of counter space. Rental Information • Can I book my event in advance? Yes. We do not yet have a limit about how far in advance your event may be booked. We are already booking events into 2009, so call today to schedule a tour. • Do you have an hourly rate? We have not established an hourly rate. • Do you require a deposit? We require a signed contract and a deposit of half the rent to hold any date. This amount is typically held as a security deposit until after your event. • How long is a 1-day rental?
