Not top but OK … Tip: You should sound before in the output format change: For example: From Stereo 48kHz, possibly making 44.1kHz Mono … I personally use Sorenson Squeeze to the good old MP3 at 44.1kHz, Mono, the data rate of 48kb of sufficient quality for example, brings voice. As far as I know, use the Procoder only that with which it is delivered: Q6, Divx 5, etc. I do not yet noticed, such as new codecs of Q7 can be embedded. Try the experiment with simple views Q7 Pro to convert the video, instead of midden Procoder!
