The information and drawings that Garmann/Miller have presented are intended to be an accurate portrayal of what will be built if the bond issue is approved. Both Garmann/Miller and the OSFC have had a great deal of experience in estimating the cost of a project and they are both confident that it can be done for the funding that is available.
